Draxxon is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to maintain and modify vehicles. You will be responsible for installing new performance/capability components. As well as troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality.

We are looking for someone that is well-versed in complex mechanical and electrical systems of vehicles and has excellent problem-solving abilities. They must also be good communicators and able to report information to the Production Manager. $18-$25/hr

  • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to maintain and repair.
  • Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
  • Install performance/capability components.
  • Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Keep logs on work and issues.

 

  • Proven experience as auto mechanic.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles.
  • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
  • Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift).
  • Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
  • Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift).
  • Experience with aftermarket component installation.

 

High school diploma or GED required.
